• Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
• This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

General

Academy Sports will accept no liability for damage of products or injury to persons through misuse or mishandling of any products purchased.

Due to different manufacturer’s dyes/ specifications, some products may vary.

The terms and conditions apply to every customer without exception, and to all transactions performed. Please read them carefully. They do no affect your statutory rights.

All publications were accurate and correct at the date and time of printing. Academy Sports reserves the right to amend items, descriptions and prices without prior notification. Any misread or assumed-unchanged specifications of any product (prices or description) are no fault of Academy Sports, and will not be sympathised with.

The catalogue prices cannot be used as a guide to the prices on the site. The prices on this site are not identical to those in the catalogue and they may change uncoordinated with each other. The prices in the catalogue and on this site may not match those in store.

The prices and charges on this site are all in UK pound sterling and include VAT payable but exclude any delivery charges, despite the delivery cost of an item.

The total cost of your order will be the total price of your ordered products plus any relevant delivery charges. The prices will all be set out clearly before you pay and can all be found on the site.

Ordering

If for any reason your payment details cannot be accepted, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer you an alternative or cancel your order.

If you have ordered an item(s), which we do not have in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and back order that item(s) for you. If you do not wish to wait the length of time for an item on back order we can cancel that item off your order.

All orders will be made in writing, by using the Web Site’s Ordering System so a copy can be made and used as proof of order.

Wherever possible, if we have no stock of a particular item, we shall display it so as soon as possible.

Any order made after 3pm may not be sent the same day. Any order made before 1pm we will endeavour to send that same day. If for any reason we cannot send your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery

All goods are sent using Royal Mail or a Courier Service. Courier Deliveries are usually made between 9am-5pm.  Any delivery must be to an address within the UK.  Please contact Academy Sports direct for a delivery quotation outside the UK.

All parcels received from carriers must be signed for. If you notice any damage to the parcel(s) or contents, it must be noted on the carrier’s documents. Academy Sports is not responsible for any problems caused during transit, but we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your order. If any problems do occur with either damage or shortages from your order, notification to us must be received within 24 hours, and must also be confirmed in writing. Academy Sports will not sympathise with goods damaged in transit if signed for without reference to the condition it was delivered in on the carrier delivery note.

Although we do all we can to meet the delivery times in this section, we cannot guarantee those times due to factors outside of out control. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

Returns

Please telephone us and notify us of a return you would like to make. We will also need the Invoice number, item(s) being returned and the reason for the return.

Any faulty products being returned should have a cover note explaining the faults of the product and the original invoice.

Under no circumstances will any printed or customised goods be accepted back.  Returns cannot be accepted for items sold under Sale conditions.

To ensure a return, the item must be in ‘as-new’ condition, complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it, the original box/ packaging. This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

If a return has been authorised on correctly issued items, a credit note will be given to the exact purchase amount of the returned items not including post and packing costs.  If faulty goods are returned, once authorised by Academy Sports, a full refund of the purchase price will be directed back to the original method of payment.

If you have any complaints about the service provided or the products purchased, we will deal with it swiftly.
